This hotel is a great value for money with clean rooms, AC, and hot water. The location is perfect, nestled within a beautiful little village with a stunning paradise beach just a stone's throw away. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive to detail. The breakfast is tasty and the basic amenities are all well-maintained. I especially loved the Europian-like bathroom, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. this hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The surroundings of the hotel are lovely. Guests can enjoy the beautiful garden and outdoor area. just down the street, Wasantha's brother Lala hosts the best curry of all Sri Lanka. the staff is welcoming and the breakfast is good.
Some areas of the hotel could use improvement.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was situated away from the busy areas and close to the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. We were able to park our car easily and transportation was never a problem. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was fantastic.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Quiet street, walking distance to beach and surf spots. Well-equipped and clean rooms. Pleasant and professional staff. Helpful with airport transport and surf spot knowledge. Fantastic Ayurvedic treatments. Lovely family-run boutique villa. Good wifi. Close to beach.

Great stay with friendly staff, clean rooms and close to the beach. the owner was knowledgeable and always up for a chat. the food was delicious and fresh. the location was perfect for exploring nearby areas and had easy access to public transport. the massage spa offered great relaxation after a busy day at work.
The wifi was weak and at times frustrating to use. Due to nearby barky dogs, it was quite noisy in the evenings.

The hotel offers a great breakfast and comfortable beds with mosquito nets. The location is convenient for surfing and is close to the beach. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming.
The room was quite dark and lacked some amenities like a kettle to make tea or coffee. The luggage racks were missing and no second chair was present in the room.
